This seems like a high quality product with good ingredients. It's a bit costly but I wanted to try it to see what all the hype was about. It seems to talk about great benefits but I haven't noticed a big difference as an anti-inflammatory or immunity booster. No after taste but the directions suggest taking 3 capsules each day so the package last 10 days.
