It is really convenient, because just two tablets a day are well enough to get a source of diverse nutritions.The ingredients is well balanced with daily key nutritions. I didn't see any dramatic change but I believe it is good for my health. I used to have some trouble with vitamins in empty stomach, but with this one there's no such a problem. And the size of the one tablet is good to consume.
If you have stomach issues, or multivitamins tend to disrupt your stomach, this is a great one. I used to taste the multivitamin all day and sometimes it would come back up again, but ever since I started using this it causes me no problems. If you put it in the freezer, it works even better.
I like that there are fermented and are not syntheticThey are fairly big. I am not sure if it is such a good thing that some Vitamins like B12 are 500% of RDA and Thiamine is 250% as one does not know if you consume too much it might harm you. B6 is far too hig and as it can be accumulated in the body and it can have ill effects as my husband experienced
I bought these vitamins for my husband. The quality is good and they work well for him. The only downside is that the capsules are a bit large, but overall we are satisfied. Good nutrition also.
