5 days into taking these vitamins i have noticed an improvement to my palmar psoriasis, 10 days in and the dryness around my fingernails and on my toes has decreased considerably, the nails look healthier and are stronger! I love New Chapter! I used their prenatal postnatal and now move to this daily to maintain my health. Baby came out super healthy and strong and post natal kept my energy up. These dailies continue to keep me alive while motherhood is killing me. Also multivitamins always break me up (face and back) or is harsh for my tummy (makes me feel pukey) but new chapter ones never ever made me queasy even during pregnancy!
