This is a great multi-vitamin for me; Contains minerals and whole foods, you can take it on an empty stomach, and it soothes my stomach, unlike many mulivitamins. I like the levels of B vitamins in preggo vitamins and the folate helps my hair, too. Expensive, but I do feel it is effective, I only take 1 a day as it is in addition to other vitamins I take. Will continue to take.

True what it says. No stomach upset or constipation taking this. Overall, I really like new chapter products. I will probably get their postnatal vitamins as well. I also use their zyflamend. They have a vegetarian option so it’s great.

Took this for my first born and now again for my 2nd. Great prenatals with great composition and clean, quality ingredients made for absorption. Has a mild taste. Only concern is that I have to take it thrice daily and it was a chore in my first trimester because of the nausea and vomiting. No issues taking it in 2nd and now 3rd trimester though.
