Before I took it, I felt lethargic and tired all the time, from the first time I woke up. Then I started taking it on an empty stomach with water, and after it with vitamin C. All the symptoms before it disappeared. I felt a great improvement in activity and vitality, and by the way, it does not cause constipation and it has no taste or smell, thank God. I will buy it again because it is worth it
as the packaging says, it has all the vitamins and minerals necessary for women. I have been taking it daily after lunch, so once a day for general health benefits. I do have hairfall due to pcos and this helps control that for myself. it's a good quality overall, however the size of the pill is a bit big.

Be aware, these pills are large and a dose includes three of them. But I feel they are having a positive effect, notably in the bedroom.
