Quality ingredients, just take 2 shoft shells daily, I like to split the dosage 1 cap with 1st meal and 1 cap with 2nd or 3rd meal! Easy to use and very helpful if you are vitamin or mineral deficient.

Now only has quality products. the ingredients in this multivitamin are great. the size of the pills is big but easy to swallow. I do feel a lot of energy taking this. we eat healthy, but this covers any kind of deficiency. it has no taste. I was buying the Irwin multi for my husband, but I think this one is even better.
