These are by far my favourite vitamins! I love the quality and that the ingredients are food based! It does have a slight smell however it does not affect the taste and the pill size is a little large but I still take them. My favourite part about these vitamins is that they incorporate superfoods. I also like that they are transparent with how much of every vitamin you get per day/pill. Be warned of the following effect...there's so much riboflavin in these that it will turn your pee neon yellow! Just a heads up...because I was alarmed at first.
