The texture is great, just like the usual soba out there, if not better. It’s difficult to find a 100% buckwheat soba so this is gluten free which is wonderful. My only gripe is the price and portion makes this an occasional splurge. It’s really not that much in one pack
I always trust Edenfoods to provide quality foods with healthy ingredients and amazing taste. 100% buckwheat noodles are extremely difficult to find, but thankfully Eden Foods makes this delicious product readily available. The package size may seem a bit pricey, but the authentic noodles are so hearty and filling you will find this package is more than enough for several meals. I use them in my miso soup and main course dishes.
These noodles taste so good. They are soft and cook very quickly . They are good hot or cold. I love that they are organic also honestly I make them and just put salt and good quality olive oil on them and they taste wonderful!I like that it comes in a reasonable sleeve of product also so I just cook that amount for my recipe. Also I love that buckwheat is it’s only ingredient and there are no other ingredient
The only Buckwheat Soba I could find that didn't have wheat flour in it. Delicous, easy to cook, excellent texture. I will definitely be purchasing again!
Good substitute for grain pasta. Actually they are more delicious they have a natural taste, I use them with homemade tomatoes sauce and some parmigiano on the top and me and my hubby really enjoyed them. Nice package and pasta size and the quality of ingredients are good especially you are gluten-free.
I’ve tried many different brands, but Eden Foods is definitely the winner. This buckwheat has a wonderful, deep nutty flavor that you just don't get with cheaper store brands. It’s incredibly clean—no stones or debris in the bag at all. I cook it with a bit of butter and it’s the perfect healthy side dish. If you grew up eating kasha, this will definitely remind you of home. 10/10!
