ORAC Energy® Greens, 120 Vegetarian Capsules

One less star for the fact that you should take 8...yes 8 of these to get the full amount of "greens". The ingredients are really good & honestly I can feel a difference sometimes with just 1 or 2 but when I'm feeling really tired, then I up it to 3. The key is to drink a lot of water with these so that they can be properly absorbed otherwise when you go to the bathroom...liquids will be very bright yellow! This is the second time ordering this & originally it was for my wife but as she doesn't always take them I sometimes will have 1-2 especially when I need an energy boost for the day!!
