I take 4 of these with 4 of the Solaray magnesium glycinate capsules + 120mcg vit K2 (mk7) +10,000+ i.u. vit D3 to maintain healthy Ca and Mg metabolism, nervous function. Great combo.

It’s got a combination of calcium citrate which is more easily absorbed and calcium carbonate which while not so absorptive probably help with making it more affordable. With vitamin D to help with absorption. Capsule size is not overly large which helps for easier swallowing

If you order a supplement, don't go automaticly for the cheapest one. Some types of vitamins and minerals are more easily absorbed than others. This is a perfect one.
