while this product doesn’t taste as lemon-limey as I expected (i was thinking more gatoradey) i still enjoy the taste. it is not overwhelmingly sweet or fake flavored, nor does it taste overwhelmingly of greens. it leaves me with an energized and clear-headed feeling that i have all day. i will purchase again, and maybe try different flavors.
I think this powder contains too much caffeine and it made me feel as if I drank a triple coffee. Not everyone is like me, but keep this in mind and maybe reduce the dosage.
I have been drinking this Bev every day since 2013. Discovered it when I was desperately seeking more energy when I worked 7 days a week on a cruise ship. Needed to break away from coffee. This worked so well! And it seems to have kept me looking and feeling younger even 9 years later! When I say every day I mean every day...I think I have only missed a handful of days in all that time. Try with juice from 1/2 lemon for an extra citrus kick. LOVE!
great quality product with sturdy packaging. bought to supplement diet, increase energy and improve health. . I have tried this mixed in a smoothie but also on its own with water. whilst I prefer the smoothie texture the mix with water was also nice. it was a little powdery but a nice taste and easily drunk.
