don't need a recipe just 2 drops of this make any drink delicious as berry spritz. i like it in soda water. benefit is that is a calorie free ingredient so no blood sugar drop! it's a shame that stevia may be an endocrine disruptor and can affect progesterone but males don't seem to have a problem incorporating it into their diet .

Ny partner has skipped sodas and replaced them with mineral water with Berry drops. He uses 10 drops in a big glass - sometimes he mixes 5 Berry drops with 5 Grape drops.
