This Echinacea, vitamin C and Zinc is very effective. Whenever you feel like you are coming down with cold/flu symptoms such as sore throat, sneezing fits or body aches, take 2 caps and continue taking until your symptoms is gone.

I'm not sure how to be certain that it's working. My doctor recommended this blend since I was getting sick nonstop and I do feel like I've been able to recover more quickly from colds since I started taking it daily. It doesn't have a weird aftertaste or anything.

I swear by echinacea against colds and bugs and the Vit C and Zinc are an added bonus. I take it when I am tired or there are a lot of bugs around, and before and whilst travelling, to reinforce immune defenses. This is one of the good brands, i am told.
