Like a lot of women, I get vicious PMS and have found that a steady intake of Optivite keeps my symptoms to a minimum. Gone is the urge to cry when I can't find shoes in my size. Gone is the desire to ram my car into the fender of the guy who just cut me off. And gone is the need to eat every form of fried potato that man has ever created. Optivite doesn't say it will make a difference on cramps, but I have noticed that I no longer suffer the debilitating first- and last-day cramps that make me want to crawl under my comforter. I cannot recommend this product highly enough!!!

I have been suffering from hormonal migraines for around 8 years now. During this time I have tried so many different supplements, dietary changes and other treatments to help, but have continued to suffer from regular migraines. I came across the Optivite supplements through a study in which the tablet's came highly recommended and were well researched. In the 4 months that I have been taking them, I haven't suffered from one migraine and have also found a general improvement in any other PMT symptoms. I took this at the recommended high dose and the vitmain levels are too high. A & E was stored in my liver and could have damaged it. I had to remove all vitamin A & E from my diet for 4 years to drain the excess. I would not reccommend this product.

This supplement is very helpful for my daughters and me. You do have to take them for a while before they start working. We take 3 or 4 per day. They are rather large tablets, but there is no aftertaste, and they help us keep better control of our moods and lessens depression. I highly recommend them.

I started taking 2 a day. Than I increased to 3 , 4 , 5 and 6, in a period of a month. All my symptoms of perimenopause/menopause are gone. No hot flashes, no night sweats, my memory is back, and all others weird symptoms I was having are gone. Now I am in my second bottle and I am only taking 3 a day, and I am very happy. The only thing I have is a very tender breasts which bothers me, but comparing with I had before, this is nothing.
