Potassium 99 Chloride, 99 mg, 100 Tablets

I had this weird feeling/sound in my ear for over a week that was like a moth or butterfly stuck in my eardrum. Did some research and it said low potassium. Checked TikTok and they said use chloride. So I got this and it’s gone!

i need quite a lot of potassium mineral as supplements for my muscles twitching and palpitations. potassium chloride is fine to benefits my deficiency. i cud take 5 of this at the same time and not too difficult to swallow.

the tablet is long middium size but easy to bite to crack. the taste is mild and acceptable. potassium is the most important mineral that out body needs, but most don't know how to supplements as there is only warning about taking it, without mentioning the dose and the benefits. most high blood pressure, heart palpitations, brains fog, legs pains, low energy etc, cud be due to low potassium, but 99 mg is far too low.
