Krill Oil is so much better than fish oil or omega 3 flax seed mixes. I've tried other omega 3 supplements and I usually end up burping & tasting that fishy horrible taste for hours afterwards. With this, there is none of that. In addition, without any dietary changes my cholesterol has lowered considerably since taking this product.
This is a nice fish oil supplement for those who do not digest regular fish oil easily. It never causes any side effect whereas regular fish oil often gave me a tiny rash on my stomach. The cognitive effects of krill like mood improvement are not as noticeable as regular fish oil but many other benefits are similar like joint improvement and return to sleep if taken at 2am when awaken and even alcohol absorption improvement ( I don't get tipsy or any hangover .. when drink occasionally)
