This is working to reduce/eliminate pain behind my knees and reduces bruising so easily (I practically only have to look wrong at my veins to bruise them! :)) The right forms of Vit. K help a lot with the bruising/clotting factor and strengthening capillaries. I researched this - read a lot and this strength is fine! IT'S WORKING!

This is a great quality product because it provides a good dose of the MK-4 form of vitamin K2. This is a high potency, readily absorbable Vitamin K supplement. The tablets size is tiny, circular. Super easy to swallow. Best if taken with a meal rich in good fats for best absorption. This is a very high dose of vitamin K2, but I understand that in its MK4 form, it is not toxic to use this amount every day. This is a great vitamin to be taking with Vitamin D3, as well as magnesium. Lots of benefits for bone health, and even blood/artery health.
The quality is excellent and I was happy to have found this high dose MK4 vitamin K2. MK4 specifically (as opposed to MK7) is said to help with myelin repair, so that's why I bought it. Packaging and delivery was excellent.

This is the MK4 version of vitamin K2. Very few brands sell this in such a high dosage. This tablet is 5,000mcg or 5mg. It doesn't stay in the body as long as MK7 but it is superior for bone and teeth health. The tablet is very small, even tiny. so swallowing isn't an issue at all. I love this brand and have been buying from them for decades.
I saw other great brands offering the same dosage. Most came in capsules, and I wanted tablets to take half because of the high dose. They split reasonably well into halves. So far I’m happy with it. The tablets are very small. I can’t tell quality for certain, but I’m confident these will work for my needs.

When I purchased this, I didn’t realize it was the form of MK4, but that’s my own fault for forgetting MK4 existed and assuming it was all MK7. Either way it was a good product because it was a high dosage of MK4 which I wanted.
