have not seen significant improvements in my ibs d...but i m waiting....to see it's results in coming future....i m trying now betain hcl along with it....hope all these make improvements in my symptoms very soon....and i m also trying various heebal formulation for ibs d.....such as grapefruit seed extracts and more....hope all these impact on my ibs d very well....now digest ultimate is one of the best digestive enzymes available in market....along with itbi m also trying artichoke extracts and more things like that so that itbwill help my ibs d symptom.... probiotics are need to be continued with all these suppliments.... betain hcl is far better than apple cider vinegar for increasing stomach acid in our gut...but good

Got this for my husband after gallbladder surgery and it has helped him so much! It has 120 capsules in the bottle that lasted for about a month and a half with it being taken about once a day. Two capsules before or after a meal makes him not feel sick. I think in most cases you get what you pay for and in this case I did think it was expensive but it is definitely worth it to be able to eat what you want. Long story short I would definitely buy it and in fact I have it on my monthly subscription list!

I LOVE gluten but it doesn't love me. Everytime I eat gluten I bloat to the point I look pregnant and I get constipated. Which is a challenge when you come from an Italian family.
