This is one of the best multivitamin supplement out there, it’s a completely full multivitamin plus you got omega 3 in it and some good greenie herbs, definitely better then animal pak, don’t think about it just go for it!
This is one of most extensive supplements out there. Multivitamins, minerals, herbs and omega all included in an adequately sized green capsule. I felt no aftertaste or stomach upset at all after taking them. My energy and focus improved drastically. Just a small tip is not to take them near sleeping hours as I took twice when I missed the morning dose, the Ashwaganda most probably kept me awake for hours. Better to take in morning or mostly afternoon time.
Good quality ingredients and not so much that you just pee them out. Gives good energy and absorbs easily. Soft gels are large, though. Good value for the price.

I like this product because its liquid gel format and because of that, I believe in its quality as well. Other tablet vitamins seem to lose the potency once the package it open. The size is typical for a lot of other vitamin tablets. This has been one of my daily intaking supplements.

Very high quality ingredients multivitamin. Although the green liquid capsule look big in size, it's soft enough to swallowed. Good supplements for overcome mineral and vitamin deficiency.
I have been taking the Living Green, men’s formula for over 15 years. This has everything you need to fill in gaps in your diet. The Irwin product is high quality and includes men’s health, antioxidant, fruits and vegetables, etc.
An interesting form of vitamins for men, I've been using it for a week, it's hard to say if it works because I've only been using it for a week. However, I like that the packaging is glass and not plastic.
