I have been using this product for several years to help combat inflammation and pain from a bulging disc in my lower spine. My mom had kidney disease so I don’t take ibuprofen or NSAIDS. I take 3 capsules at nights because it has the added benefit of also having melatonin naturally in it so it can also aid in sleeping. It works well for me so I don’t need to use the NSAIDS for pain.
