Good taste and product, package that’s gentle on the stomach, no constipation, composition, I like that it helps with regularity and supports healthy cholesterol. It clumps a little if you don’t mix fast, but overall it works really well. Good benefits, to all age and quality & ingredient ol good.

I've been buying the Yerba Prima, Daily Fiber Caps for years. I just recently switched to the heart healthy fiber caps. I see no difference between the two, however, the heart healthy seems a better choice for me.
Yerba Prima makes a variety of fiber supplements which benefit gut health. This one is the 'daily' version which is capsule form. Do note that the serving size is 5 capsules which can be much, but you can divide them up to take with different meals. Psyllium is the key ingredient here that helps with constipation, heart health and regularity.
