While you definitely pay a premium for what is one of the cheapest supplements on the market (creatine monohydrate), kre-alkalyn is the only version that potentially provides the same benefits without the classic bloating. Personally I find it works well and doesn't result in any gastrointestinal issues, so worth it.
You can’t go wrong with Now Foods products. I’ve taken all types of creatine and this version by far is the best. The package is convenient and there is no bad taste. No nasty stomach aches and going to the restroom or “pre loading creatine”. With this it’s easy you take it the first day and it works. I highly recommend getting this!
Good alternative to regular creatine powders. Capsules are easy to take and very practical for daily use. The formula is simple and the bottle size offers great value. Reliable quality from NOW Foods and fits well into a consistent training routine.
Creatine has become a steady staple in my training. I started with 5 grams daily, mixed in water or juice, and noticed quicker recovery after lifting sessions. Gains in strength feel tangible over a few weeks, especially during high-intensity sets. My workouts feel more explosive and I recover between sets faster. Water retention is noticeable, especially in the early weeks, giving a slightly fuller look.
Thank you very much for this product, it suited me, I like the packaging, comfortable and stylish, I will order more of these products, and recommend them to all my friends and relatives! good!!
This is one of IHerb’s best creatine supplements. It lasts longer because of the concentration and the quality. I am thinking of using the auto ship so I never run out.

This Kre-Alkalyn creatine is excellent — no bloating, no stomach discomfort, and it doesn’t require a loading phase. I’ve noticed better strength and endurance during workouts, and recovery feels quicker. The veggie capsules are convenient compared to powder, and the big bottle lasts a long time. Great value for anyone looking for a simple, effective creatine.
Overall, I’m happy with this product. It delivers on its promises: minimal digestive issues, good strength/energy support, and feels reliable. If I were you, I’d recommend it especially if you’ve tried regular creatine before and found digestive discomfort or bloating. If you’re new to creatine and more concerned with cost, you might weigh that against its benefits.
