I think this is currently the only time release "ALA" option on iherb, the downside is that it doesn't have 600, but only 300 like Natrol it used to have.. the ingredients are excellent, the size of the capsule is excellent...

This is good. I think that Alpha Lipoic Acid Timed Release has always been quite effective in relieving the tingling and numbness in my feet. However, it works much better at the 600 mg. strength. At first, I did not see the reduction in milligrams this purchase contained until I received it. That is the only reason for my rating of good. Next time. I will make sure I get the 600 mg. version of this product by the same name. Then, I will give it my usual rating of highly excellent.
