PepZin GI®, Zinc-L-Carnosine, 120 Veggie Caps

I bought this supplement to support my gut issue especially with Acid Reflux and GERD. Overall my gut health has improved since I started to consume this product. From what I can say, it worked but need a little patience as the effectiveness has to be together with the diet of eating good quality foods.

Originally I bought the same product from another brand here named "California Gold" and it worked so well for me!! It was out of stock when I reordered so I tried out this brand and honestly it does not work as well for me, it could be a thing of YMMV but just being honest it didn't work as well for me. The ingredients are good it's the same as my previous brand. The size of the pill is easy to swallow but you need to take 2 pills instead of just one. I did feel the effects working slightly it just wasn't up to my expectations personally. It has no taste it's just a capsule pill. I can't really say it's a bad product it just didn't work as well as others for me. Give my review a thumbs up 👍 if it helped you decide.

It helped me a lot in being able to take zinc. I have a serious health issue and I have to be very careful with the quality of my supplements. I recommend taking one pill two hours after breakfast and the second one two hours after lunch.
