very nice, i originally took this as an everyday immune booster for about 2 weeks. It made my skin break out so stopped taking it. I got sick over a week ago. I was getting worse throughout the week. I don't like to take medication sometimes because it makes me nauseous or makes my Ibs act up. I decided to give these supplements another try. was shocked, I felt better by the next day! have asthma and normally borderline bronchitis each time get sick. But these supplements helped me recover very quickly! will only use these once feel am getting sick. They still made my face break out a bit but would rather have a breakout than be sick.
