Bought this for my son , I think have to take a few scoops per serving. As not taking regularly so can't really see results. Taste is good if mix with fresh milk.

Rich, creamy but artificial chocolate taste with a great protein-carb balance. A decent value for the size. Mixes well, but it’s a bit thick if you don’t adjust the water ratio.
