Puchased this quality product in the big sized package for our immunity. It did have an effect. this type is good for those with sensitive stomachs, has no taste since you swallow the whole thing and do not chew it. Vitamin C is an antioxidant. best to take it every day. Thumbs up for this comment.
Vitamin C absorption has a cap around 500mg. By using a time released capsule, it improves the bioavailability of this vitamin. So, instead of taking several 500mg pills, I just take 2 of these: one in the morning, another in the evening.
This vitamin c doesn’t taste sour. As a person who takes vitamin c every day, this product definitely worths the money. This product has time release function which means it can survive in the stomach. Great antioxidant.
