MK-7, 90 mcg, 60 Softgels

DO NOT take vitamin D3 without the MK7 version of vitamin K2. D3 causes calcium to be absorbed in the small intestine. Without K2, this calcium calcifies the arteries and causes a heart attack. With K2, calcium gets into the bones, where it belongs. Do not use the MK4 version. One study found no difference in blood counts between people who took MK4 and people who didn't. In other words, MK4 is useless. Only MK7 is bioactive.

everyone knows that if you are taking vitamin D, you need to also be taking vitamin K. vitamin K helps your body deposit calcium in the right places. I like that these capsules are small and protected from light. The only thing I would change is that I wish they were a slightly higher dose. this is not one of those supplements that you “feel” working it’s a nutrient that you need and is hard to get with a western diet. Jarrow is one of my favorite brands because of its high quality.

It's a little bit expensive but for the quality, it's definitely worth it.

Quality is good, ingredients smells and taste fresh, I can use it with my food and size is okay for the price. I take it as a supplement along with my anti-parasitic regime. I cannot tell if it’s really actually helping, but I tend to believe.

I was using a different brand before with a real high potency (which isn't available on iherb). I'm also taking a D3 which already has K2 in both MK4 and MK7. Decided to try this as an extra K2 support to be taken periodically. No side effects.
