I can’t take a lot of Beta Carotene so I decided to try this supplement instead and I love it. Since I’ve been taking Natural Factors Lycopene, I notice a very nice healthy glow to my skin. The quality is there, I take recommended dose. I have many chronic illnesses and pelvic pain and I take this for the antioxidant help! Ingredients are clean, the size is small and easy to swallow. The packaging is easy to open, no complaints here at all.
