Very good formula considering ingredients both primary and other. I gave it 4 stars just because this combination can be pretty harsh on stomach to some individuals including myself. There is no good feeling after consuming this, you can feel stomach ache for few minutes.

After reading the ingredient list here & other reviews I decided to give this diuretic a try & am so glad for doing so! I take these daily (usually not 3x a day, maybe once, maybe twice). And my water weight definitely dropped. I just feel healthier and it feels I'm cycling liquids better.
