Our whole family enjoys this supplement at night, and it helps us sleep soundly. The magnesium content is really beneficial for our daily needs. Although the taste is quite strong, mixing it with water makes it more palatable. I appreciate that it's in liquid form, which aids absorption, and that it provides additional chloride, an essential electrolyte. Living in a hot climate, maintaining electrolyte balance is crucial. This supplement has made me feel more at ease, knowing it supports both our magnesium and electrolyte requirements. A great addition to our nightly routine.

I am now on my second bottle of ionic magnesium. The only thing I would change ...is to put it in a glass jar as our bodies and brains are full of microplastics. The quality is amazing. Could make a 1 liter glass bottle of the product at an affordable price. Helps me sleep much better.

Added this product to my supplement regimen. The price is reasonable. I think it's good so far. I take it with the ionic Calcium of the same brand, as well as with D3/K2.
