This is the first potassium product I have used. I love it. I noticed feeling more grounded and calming to the nervous system. I know everyone's body is different, but this is what I have experienced with this potassium. Also, some kind of fluttering sensation I was having, diminished greatly. Mostly gone. Potassium is supposed to be especially helpful for the nervous system and heart. I take a tablespoon of it each day in water. I was looking for a clean supplement without the junky additives and so went with this one. I am happy with the product and will continue using it. The liquid form is very convenient and easy to take. Great quality. The product arrived quickly. I heard about the benefits of potassium and the other electrolytes and minerals from Dr. Carolyn Dean's book, the Magnesium Miracle, and her show. I use her remyte mineral formula that has the minerals and electrolytes and I top off my potassium with this Eidon product. I have also tried the Eidon zinc and I like it too. Great that there is no citric acid in it.

This is my first purchase from this brand. I keep both liquid & tablet form in my cabinet. Had to up my potassium as were having many symptoms that relate to deficiency. It's tasteless, easy to take it, 3-5 separate doses. No taste, no unwanted side effects, I'm happy with the product.

Great quality, easy absorption, the formula goes directly into the cells. Potassium is involved in the production of stomach acid, so if you have low acid you might need some minerals like this one to help your body create more acid in stomach.
Taking a tablespoon of this potassium mixed with a teaspoon of sea salt in a quart of water upon waking has helped me manage my POTS-like symptoms immensely. Bloodwork has shown low levels of both and it is much more economical to buy bulk and mix my own without unhealthy fillers like many electrolytes have added to them.
