I took it before sleep, and it helped me to relax and I was able to sleep for about 7 hours, though I did wake up but I was able to go back to sleep. I will buying more of this, as I have been only able to sleep for about 4-5 hours for years. Wish I knew about benefits of magnesium earlier.
I tried many things like psyllium husk, mag oxide, miralax, etc but this works the best for constipation and you can use it often without negative side effects unlike most laxatives. I use 2 droppers most days and 3 for more serious constipation. usually takes 10 to 20 minutes to work. i love how it gently but quickly gets everything out and I can start my day feeling light as a feather~
I have been taking this for a month or so. I think it is effective. The ionic form is what is in the blood, so I am hoping the ionic minerals will be more bio-available.
I bought this after first trying a different liquid mineral from Eidon ionic minerals. I've had a hard time finding liquid minerals with no chemical additives, especially for individual minerals. if you want something very clean that isn't a pill, definitely try Eidon Ionic minerals, whether it's the magnesium, or another item.

I’ ve heard that is a good source of minerals, whith an optimim absortion. I thake a dose each day, from montday to fryday. It helps me whith some extra energy, for all the things to be done.
