Really powerful, I think. Highly recommended. It's fantastic and works a treat. It can knock your socks off a bit; the taste is a bit strong. I recommend doing small doses first and working your way up, or adding it to a smoothie or juice. It's great for deficiencies and fighting off viruses. Everybody is low in zinc, so I definitely recommend having this.

I’ve been using this product for years now! Usually mix it with tea or juice but the taste is very mild! For my kids I added to their smoothies or yogurt! Great quality and clean ingredients !
