While this is not a vegetarian item, I am so relieved to find a "One and Done" full- spectrum Omega that includes 3 different types of oils that supply omega 3. Flaxseed and especiallyEvening primrose oil are do good for women's reproductive cycle and I have experienced more balanced periods. Better moods, less joint inflammation, softer skin and less brain fog are the main benefits I've noticed after 3 months taking it!

saw slight improvement in overall skin condition. not sure if it helps my hair condition, it is softer and glowing :) Joints are flexible a bit, too. Now, (Plantar Fasciitis) inflammation in my sole is gone. bought it solely for my heart health and my blood pressure. it does not have significant effect yet but sometimes get palpitation (of course not sure if this is the product's effect). do trust the ingredient and the quality of the product. It does work some good and I feel a bit more energised. No fishy taste.

This is really great combination and it is really helpful for Women Health. I was told that PMS pain are really less and felt fresh. The combination of flax seed oil, Evening Primrose oil and Fish Oil seem to be perfect combination to all type of women. I have ordered 3 bottles and the effect took about a couple of weeks then it is really useful all the way. So, this is really great supplement for all the ladies.. recommended.
