One of best vitamin D3. Very good quality and dosage. It help for immunity. I like small package. This form of vitamin D3 it have very good absorption. It is good for bone, for allergy, autoimmune problems! One of the best vitamin D3 which it try!
I started with the 1,000 iu and am now taking 2 of these per day. My vitamin d has been low for years. The only time I seem to be able to fix it is a couple months in the summer when I'm outside frequently. I tend to stay inside during the highest sun hours though because I feel sick if I'm in the sun too much, and I burn easily. Vitamin d supplements are usually in oil which gives me acne so I avoid them. I noticed recently that during a couple months this summer, my menstrual cycle was lighter and less painful and right on schedule at 28 days. When it fell back to 24 days and was 7 days long and super heavy with lots of pms symptoms, I started racking my brain trying to figure out what changed. The vitamin d was the answer. Came perfectly on schedule, with almost no pms symptoms, and shortened to 3-4 days. It's also helping me fight off a cold.
I use this vit D supplement since 6 months. My lab results have improved significantly and I do recommend taking it. It works wonders, sublingual absorption is great and I saw people using other brands with higher doses of vit D but just slight improvements in lab tests. This one is a winner. But use also low dose vit K2 and Magnesium while taking vit D supplements for correct Calcium distribution in body.

Was very deficient on D3 and also have a gene that makes it harder to abide vit D, but after supplementing with the 5,000 iu my levels are now looking good. So sublingual absorption here must be good. I sometimes take more than one and recently bought a fish oil that contains a smaller amount of naturally occurring d3 as I can use all the help I can get. I may go up in strength iu later but for now I like that I can take other supplements that happen to contain D3 and know it won’t be too much (fish oil, multivitamin). The price is also nice, and the amount, and they’re so tiny! Smaller than a tiktack and melt down fairly quick. The bottle size is also small and fits nicely in my purse.
