I haven’t got a single cold sore since using this. It works absolute wonders with no side effects. I ate some offending foods and took some supplements that have previously triggered a cold sore breakout but I’m still cold sore free. I think if you took half a gram a day for 6 months you won’t need it anymore as it can eradicate the viruses from the nerves also.

This gave me breast pain when i took it, maybe stirring too much up in my body that couldnt release due to stagnant lymph. Perhaps need to work on opening detox pathways first. Didnt suit me so stopped taking it

I took this supplement because apparently it helps with cold sores so it kills the hpv in your body.
small capsules are easy to swallow. I bougth 2 boxses. I bougth it for recommended use for herpes simplex virus, i had several outbreaks while using thes, so for that use it did nok do the job, but to be fare, that is not what it`s meant for
