Day 1 took 1 and noticed more energy and sense of well being, day 2 took 2 and noticed more youthful energy without any jitters and slept like a log., day 3 I noticed my long distance had greatly sharpened and I took 3 (1 with each meal). Don't ask me why or how this helps. I began taking this because my sister told me it helps with fatigue. My job is very demanding and I'm tired all the time. So, I thought I'd try it. What I didn't expect was that the fatigue would more be alleviated from in another way. I take 1 500 MG at bed time and usually within 30 minutes I'm sound asleep. And, I dream so vividly I usually remember. Before I began taking this supplement I would seldom dream, or if I did I didn't remember. Strange, but true. I can't say anyone else will experience the same or other benefits.
discovered that i was living in a home with heavy mold infestation. went to the doctor and his tests showed that i had below average WBC levels, and i was having trouble with my respiratory system. was taking this along with r lipoic acid, NAC, high doses of vitamin c, and other things like oil of oregano to help rid my body of mold toxins, and any further exposure i was subjected to. all this helped
It seems the Jarrow Formulas one works just a little better but the price difference is in favor of Healthy Origins which still works fine (for liver/GI toxicity). Made in Japan and Japan makes some of the finest-quality, reasonably-priced supplements available but I am apprehensive about future supply. All the best wishes for a swift recovery for Japan.

i need gluathione as i live with me and much of my system is depleted. others use the liposomal form or IV infusions. I find i get a benefit from these capsules which is easier and cheaper. it does give me a bit of a detox reaction [mostly runny nose] so i limit to to every second or third day. it is part of a recovery protocol i have developed which has made lots of [good] difference for me.
I read several reports which assert that there is no use of supplementing oral glutathione (that's why I give only 4 stars). Anyway, I think it's worth to try. If oral glutathione can't reach system because it's digested inside gut (as they say), it provides liver with amino acids (from which it consists), so it has material to produce its own glutathione if needed. Maybe I'm wrong, but I believe in this.
It's hard to evaluate how well Glutathione works, but I don't notice any difference between these one and the Dr.'s Best except that it is cheaper. I also noticed that is is the favoured brand of Dr. Myhill who is a doctor in Wales who specialises in Chronic Fatigue.
I have MS and I got this one for myself...it kinda helps with energy level...in combination with other supplements. It work better than CoQ10 for sure. Probably will order it again...
