Taking a mega dose (4 softgels a day) with 8000 mg Vit. C in divided doses resolved my chronic (4 years) angina in 2 weeks. How nice to start jogging again when for the last few years I was only able to walk (and slowly).
iherb sells several very similar Tocomin Suprabio products. This has the highest amount of squalene of them, but still not too bit amount. One should aim for 300mg/day squalene. The best squalene source is Amaranth Oil, the second best is Extra Virgin Olive Oil. . . . Take several Tocomin softgels a day before a vaccination, that makes the vaccine more effective, as Tocomin tocotrienols work as vaccine adjuvant.
The best part of this product is that it doesn't make you swallow lots of Vitamin E if you're only interested in taking tocotrienols. Great job!
There is a body of research indicating that combining Tocotrienols with activated quercetin might help the body eliminate senescent cells. If this does work, it is a very low cost and safe form of senolytic therapy.
Upon reading an article by Dr. Mercola stating how good it is to supplement yourself with tocotrienol, I did some research and read about the many benefits of this particular vitamin E. Of course did iherb offer once again the product I was looking for. The softgel is small, soy free and GMO free. I recommend it.
These are awesome. I take them every other day because I take a tocopherol every day as well as fish oil, but I notice I feel a bit "off" whenever I forget to take them. Thanks iHerb, you're keeping me healthy!
This is a good Vitamin E Complex. I like to use a variety of Vitamin E from different companies now as that way I know I am getting the full complex but when I can afford it my choice is Dr Mercola Vitamin E as it has all the complex from sunflower seeds. I also like Healthy Origins, Sunflower E, 400 IU but label does not show a complex. iHerb provide wonderful customer service and provide great DHL shipping Thanks!
