taste-chocolate mint flavoured. tastes like the mint ice cream. size - happy with it. the bottle wasn't half empty package - descriptive ingredients -mixes well comes with a scoop inside. I haven't noticed anything effect as yet when supplementing it but I need to continue to comment on results

I have one scoop after my workouts and it really helps with my recovery and muscle soreness. It's a bit of a splurge for a big tub, but the quality and taste make it completely worth it.

I am a nighttime refluxer with LPR this has helped me a lot to combat the condition, I have realized that a single tablet or even half is the sweet spot, 2 as instructed usually cause more issues, I think it's because of the stomach being too full and that creates opportunity for the LES to relax. So if you are a nighttime refluxer, take that into account, overall great product.

I love good standard, taste is great, big enough size to last for a few months. It came in packaged well. Use this to supplement my meals when I can’t achieve my meal goal. I take it after training / workout. Probably the best whey protein, great quality and easy to include in my diet.

usually go for the doubble rich choco normally n wanted to try sth new. its not bad esp if you enjoy mint choco, but may get tired of the taste more easily esp if you only had one 5lb one opened at a time
