This stuff does work. if i'm eating out with friends there is SO much oil in restaurant food!! i can tell it's working BECAUSE i don't get sleepy after wards as my body is trying to digest all that grease!! i buy this often and carry in my purse for those occasions i eat out.
It works at first but I need to exercise in order for it to work, it was my usual daily exercise so no problem with that. I bought a second bottle but it totally stopped working after the few times and I totally stopped taking it. I regret buying the second bottle. I'm on a japanese calories blocker instead now which can block both fats and sugar in one.

Amazing quality. the ingredients are legit. it does contain some seafood ingredients. I personally don't eat seafood but other the little smell, it just easy to take. I take it 2 capsules 20-30mins before my last meal and I feel the benefits. In the 3 first days I took it. I lost 2lbs( with my diet) With my cheat meal, i dont gain weight. I stay the same and less bloated
