this is so new to me. calcium in liquid form. I usually don't like to take calcium supplements coz it's like eating chalk. so this is good. the capsule is in pinkish brown colour, a little big in size. but still ok to swallow coz it is soft gel. the bigger capsule is calcium, the smaller capsule is k2, also by the same brand

I have been using Carlson 600 mg Calcium for months. I usually waited until my local pharmacy had a buy one get one free deal. This time I was running out and couldn't get to the pharmacy. So I went on iHerb to check things out. I knew that I still wanted to get Carlson Calcium. They have a 2 bottle package for a very good price. The product itself is wonderful. When I first saw how big the capsule was I thought I would never be able to swallow one let alone two. I was quite surprised to discover that they are easy to swallow. I guess being a liquid cap that there is some give to the outside and they slide down easily. I figure that I company that makes a capsule so easy to swallow must make a great product. I do recommend this product for anyone over 50 to strengthen your bones against osteoporosis. Especially for those who are Runners or Joggers.
What I love about this product is that it gives me just calcium. There are no added ingredients such as Stearates. These Calcium 600mg pills are giant size, as is the bottle. However, they are soft gels and amazingly easy to swallow. I was really surprised. They actually go down in one gulp of water.
