This unsmoked yerba mate gives me such a clean, focused energy without any of the jitters I get from coffee. The green tea-like flavor is smooth and pleasant, not bitter or smoky like traditional mate. I love that it's a natural, organic source of sustained vitality for my busy afternoons. It's become my go-to brew for a gentle yet effective mental and physical lift.
The taste is great, the bags are convenient , and a great substitute for coffee. There is no doubt about the quality and freshness of the ingredient. First thing in the morning and it uplifts my spirit. No caffeine jitters or stomach upset. Labeled non smoked is good, as if is not needed.
Initially I purchased this for my adult son who has adhd. He has long work days and needs a boost mid day and this tea increases his focus. I decided to try it and it wakes me up without the jitters of coffee! Taste takes some getting use to as it is "earthy".... but the results are worth it!
EcoTeas Yerba Mate is a high-quality, unsmoked loose-leaf tea that delivers a clean, natural energy boost without the bitterness of other blends. It helps increase alertness and stamina, supports healthy digestion, and offers antioxidant benefits for overall wellness.
I tried it for the first time, and I like the taste. Read the label on how to use for hot and cold. I would buy it again if I see results.
The colour is green and it taste less strong as it is unsmoked version. Un-bleached paper tea bags so there is no harmful ingredients. Very healthy and I like the taste!
Tried this as recommendation from Andrew huberman. This is a tea with smoking taste and 2 servings of it is equivalent to 1 serving of coffee in terms of caffeine strength. I use it in the morning 90 mins after waking up as per his recommendation
