Bought this product twice . I prefer R Lipolic as its better absorbed than regular synthetic one. I initially started taking it for skin benefits but discovered while taking it that it reduces cravings and keeps blood sugar low and also helps with weight loss. Lipolic acid is good for people who have diabetes. Great supplement. should be kept in dark as lipolic acid breaks when in contact with light
Great quality r lipoic acid and made from reliable ingredients. I normally take the product before meals and so far after 3 months, I do not experience any discomfort or stomache upset when taking the capsules without food. The capsules are easy to be taken and i have no issue swallowing it. No issue and no abnormal taste noted. So far i am happy with my purchase
Hard to tell, I take this with berberine and it’s hard to tell if it works or not, but I did get a feeling of less hunger in combination with berberine
My view on this product is that the brand is reputable and no concern over the quality of the ingredient used. Size wise on the capsule sort of big to me but no concern on difficulty in swallowing. Generally taken before meals or our diet. As for taste, no abnormal taste noted.
