I am in total agreement with most reviews that pertain to me. I take three 200 Mg caps daily.There is a dramatic physical downside if i run out this Coq10. I am a Veteran on a fixed income and I thank You for a great product at an affordable price.
My husband & I have both benefited greatly from taking CoQ10, he has cardiomyopathy (takes 1 softgel with 1000 mg L-Carnitine/2 x per day), I have early angina (take 1 softgel/day w/ 500 mg L-Carnitine).
