Hops, Supports Relaxation, 200 mg, 90 Veg Caps

I like this product. It has a nice sweet herb aroma as you are swallowing it. Doesn't upset my sensitive stomach. I read in the Journal of Immunology that it can help stimulate the vagal nerve, which is highly involved in the immune process, specifically turning down inflammatory eicosanoids. This is the title of the study: "Cutting Edge: Human Vagus Produces Specialized Proresolving Mediators of Inflammation with Electrical Stimulation Reducing Proinflammatory Eicosanoids"

I've been using this with melatonin 3mg if an evening and take just one capsule unless I wake too early then I usually take an extra Hops capsule straight away and sleep soundly for a healthy, full night's sleep. Really amazed at how well they work as I've been using medicinal cannabis (due to multiple chronic illness & pain) which is quite pricey and I'm unable to drive with that in my system so this is a fantastic alternative.

I take it before going to bed: Weekdays: 2 drops. on weekends: 3 drops. + magnesium + the same company liquid Lemon Balm in drops with capsules. It helps me to fight age-related insomnia caused by menopause. Thanks to hops and combinations with other herbs, I gave up melatonin.

Having MCAS I got it for histamine intolerance but unfortunately I had a reaction to it. Otherwise, it's a clean product with absolutely no fillers.
