This is my first time buying MSM supplement as well as first time using iherb. Overall experience is great so far. This MSM tablet is the cheapest among those capsule and powder form  but the tablet is really bigger than the normal tablet. So I have purchase a pill cutter so that i can consume it easily.  Will update if this product really help with hair and joints in future.
