I can se quick benefits for all sorts of infections, I use it to rinse my mouth, it soothes gum infections and irritation. Also few drops in water for all over tummy comfort. It's alcohol based, so not for every age. Usnea ingredient containing tinctures and supplements are hard to find in Europe, glad I can order it for the US. This product seems well made and works well to head off respiratory issues if used at the beginning of the onset. I use the dropper for dosing during illness. For maintenance I switched to a spray top and keep in my bag for as needed use. Tho only real problem to me is the alcohol in it is so strong that I need a chaser to take it.
