An adult multivitamin upsets my stomach. I was having a hard time spacing an adult multivitamin around the calcium I take. I decided to go back to the old school chewables. They taste great and no more upset stomach.

The taste is also good, so it doesn’t feel like taking medicine. It helps me get extra vitamins and supports bone health because of calcium and vitamin D. Overall, it’s very convenient, especially for people who have trouble with capsules or tablets.
I feel among all the brands,with various dosages,this is by far in the top list. Pricey,but lasts long ,you basically spend twice per year and your child is getting all the vitamins needed with 2 bottles per year.So worth it.Of course,food is important ,but these vitamins even improve the appetite. I admit- i have tried it myself 😁It works !
