I trade off between two or three brands / types of probiotics to help vary the mix. I had a doctor explain that even if the basic type is the same, each brand has its own slightly different version and by using one for a while (maybe 3 months for example) and then switching to another you're freshening up (not a technical term) the help for your gut. This is one of my go-to gut helpers. :)

I love the quality of this supplement and high potency probiotics ingredients for the size of capsule.It benefit digestion and restore a healthy microbiome and leaky gut,also improved my child constipation and has great taste .The capsule make it highly absorbed and great package to store in fridge .I like the fact that has many many strains of good bacteria and all are alive and works with gut imediatly.

Not getting any younger. And docs keep prescribing antibiotics will-nilly. So this Flora extra-strength product is a must. Use it when it's fresh.
I have taken these probiotics supplements for years for digestion and felt some benefit. The quality and ingredients are good but I think they are good for general gut health. I think if you are taking probiotics for a specific reason you should try and find more targeted probiotics. Taste, packaging, size is standard and good. I recommend it as daily probiotic.
